AI Content & Usage Guidelines
Last updated November 5, 2026
These guidelines explain how prompts and AI-related content are presented on Eidolune. They distinguish permission to view or copy prompt text on this site from permission to use a resulting image commercially.
1. What AI-generated content means
AI-generated content is an image or other output created or materially transformed by an AI system. A prompt may be written by a person, generated or edited with AI, or combined with reference material. The site may not independently verify how every item was made.
2. How prompts are displayed and credited
Eidolune displays prompts, associated images, descriptions, model details, and creator or source credits when that information is available. Credits are supplied as context and are not a guarantee of authorship, permission, or endorsement. Report inaccurate or missing attribution through the contact form.
3. Copying and modifying prompts
You may use the site's copy feature to retrieve prompt text for experimentation, subject to the Terms of Service and any rights held by the prompt's creator or another rights holder. You may modify a prompt for your own workflow, but copying or changing it does not transfer ownership or grant a license to publish, redistribute, or commercially exploit the prompt text.
Before publishing or commercially reusing a prompt, check its source and obtain any permissions required. Where a prompt has an explicit license, follow that license; where rights are unclear, ask the rights holder or do not use it beyond what applicable law allows.
4. Commercial use of generated images
Permission to view or copy a prompt on Eidolune is not permission to use an image generated from it commercially. Eidolune cannot guarantee that you own a generated image, that it is copyrightable, that it is free of third-party rights, or that a provider permits a particular commercial use.
Commercial use depends on the applicable law, the AI provider's current terms and plan, the source material, the generated result, and any rights of identifiable people or other parties. Review each of these before relying on an output in advertising, products, or other commercial work.
5. Third-party generator terms and ownership
AI providers set their own rules for prompts, reference images, outputs, privacy, and licensing. Those rules can vary by provider, account type, geography, and product version. Check the terms for the specific generator you use; Eidolune does not override them or promise exclusive rights.
Copyright protection for AI-generated material varies by jurisdiction and by the human contribution involved. No ownership or copyright outcome is guaranteed by these guidelines.
6. Your responsibilities and generated results
You are responsible for the prompts, images, reference materials, and outputs you submit or use. Respect privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, and other rights; follow provider rules; and review outputs for accuracy, safety, and suitability before sharing them.
A generated result is not guaranteed to match a displayed reference image or a prompt description. Results can vary between attempts, models, settings, and provider versions. The Disclaimer and Content Policy also apply.
7. Reports and updates
If a prompt or image appears to violate rights or policy, use the Content Removal Request page. We may update these guidelines as products, laws, or provider terms change. This implementation draft requires review by a qualified legal professional before publication.
