Content Removal Request

1. Who can request removal

You may submit a request if you own or represent rights in the content, are the person whose privacy or safety is affected, have authority to act for that person, or otherwise have a good-faith reason to report a possible legal or policy violation. A representative should explain their authority.

2. What can be reported

• Copyright or other intellectual-property infringement.
• Personal information, privacy violations, or non-consensual images.
• Illegal, threatening, exploitative, or otherwise prohibited material.
• Content that appears to be spam, malicious, deceptive, or materially misattributed.
• Other content that may violate the site's Content Policy or applicable law.

3. How to submit a request

Submit your request through the contact page. Select the closest available reason, if one is offered, or clearly mention the reason in your message (for example: "copyright," "privacy," or "prohibited content"). There is no separate removal submission endpoint.

• The exact URL of each item and enough detail to identify it.
• The reason for the request and a concise explanation of the concern.
• Your name and a reply email address; state whether you are the affected person, rights holder, or an authorized representative.
• Supporting information or evidence that is relevant and lawful to share.
• For copyright requests, the additional information listed in the Copyright & DMCA Policy.

4. How requests are reviewed

We review the information provided, may ask for clarification or verification, and assess the content against applicable law and site policies. A complete report helps us locate and evaluate the material. We do not promise a response time or disclose information that we are not permitted to share.

Please avoid sending identity documents or sensitive personal information unless we specifically request it and explain a secure way to provide it. Information in the request is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Possible outcomes

Depending on the request, we may remove or restrict content, ask the submitter for context, add or correct attribution, request further information from you, take no action, or preserve information where legally required. Removal from Eidolune does not remove copies hosted by other services. We may notify the person who submitted the content where appropriate and lawful.
