1. Acceptance and the service

Eidolune is an AI image prompt discovery platform. Depending on availability, it provides public prompt browsing, search, accounts, community submissions, prompt tools, and AI image generation. Features may change, be paused, or be unavailable in some locations.

2. Access and accounts

You may browse public pages without an account. Some features require an account. Keep account information accurate, protect your login credentials, and promptly tell us if you believe an account has been accessed without authorization. You are responsible for activity performed through your account except to the extent applicable law says otherwise.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably needed to enforce these terms, protect users or the service, address legal requirements, or respond to serious or repeated violations. Where appropriate and lawful, we will provide notice and a way to contact us about the decision.

3. Permitted use and your responsibilities

Use the site lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with other users or the service. You are responsible for the content you submit and for checking that your use of a prompt, reference image, output, or third-party tool is lawful and permitted.

• Do not upload or share material you do not have the right to use.
• Do not submit illegal, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or prohibited material.
• Do not probe, overload, disrupt, or attempt to bypass security or access controls.
• Do not use the service to distribute malware, spam, or unauthorized personal information.

4. User-submitted content

You retain whatever rights you hold in content you submit. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit it and to grant the limited permission below. Do not submit another person's work or personal information without a lawful basis.

To operate the service, you grant Eidolune a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt for technical formatting, moderate, and distribute your submitted content through the site and its ordinary backups. This permission lasts only as needed to provide, secure, and administer the service, subject to deletion, backups, and legal requirements. It does not transfer ownership to Eidolune.

We may remove or restrict content under the Content Policy or after a content removal request.

5. Intellectual property and prompt reuse

Eidolune's software, branding, and original site materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Prompt text, images, and other contributions may belong to their respective creators or other rights holders. A creator credit or source link is informational and does not by itself prove ownership or grant a license.

The site's copy controls let you copy prompt text for convenience; they do not grant rights beyond those held by Eidolune or the relevant rights holder. Before publishing, modifying, or using a copied prompt commercially, check its source and obtain any permission or license required. 6. Third-party AI image services

AI generation and related tools may send your prompt, reference material, or image to a third-party provider selected for that feature. Eidolune does not control that provider's availability, output, terms, privacy practices, content filters, or licensing. Review the provider's current rules before use.

A prompt on Eidolune does not promise that a generator will produce a particular result. Outputs may differ, resemble other works, or require additional review before use.

7. Prohibited activities

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, infringement, harassment, exploitation, deception, spam, malware, unauthorized data collection, or attempts to evade moderation or security controls. The Content Policy gives additional examples and applies to public and submitted content.

8. Third-party links and services

The site may link to external sources, AI tools, or other services. Those services are controlled by their own operators and terms. A link is not an endorsement, and Eidolune is not responsible for third-party content or practices.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure in every circumstance, or suitable for a particular purpose. See the Disclaimer for information about prompts and AI results.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Eidolune is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Changes, governing law, and disputes

We may revise these terms as features or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law. The current draft was last updated on November 5, 2026.

The laws that apply may depend on the parties, the service, and where a user is located. These draft terms do not select an exclusive court or waive mandatory consumer protections. If a dispute arises, contact us first through /contact so we can attempt to resolve it.
